Maintenance Worker
In this role, the successful candidate will be relied on to perform general, corrective and preventative maintenance of equipment and facilities.
The successful candidate will be a high school, GED program or trade school graduate. Requires 2+ years experience in general maintenance. Medical office background preferred. California Driver License is a must. We are in search of a reliable individual able to work independently. Must be organized and able to prioritize workload. Requires knowledge of materials/procedures used in plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, heating ventilation and air conditioning, along with expertise in specialty area.
