Maintenance Worker

 

Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager your responsibilities include but are not limited to: garden grooming; performing custodial and janitorial tasks such as cleaning restrooms, picking up trash and making sure the Pavilion is clean daily; and event set-up and take-down. The nature of this position requires the candidate to possibly work weekends, occasional evenings and holidays.

 

Requirements:H.S. Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent certificate highly desirable. Possession of valid Driver?s License. Ability to operate hand tools, power equipment and vehicles associated with maintenance and garden grooming. (Training provided) Ability to exert considerable physical effort throughout a normal eight-hour workday in a variety of weather conditions. Previous maintenance experience desirable.
