Job Purpose:

Clean apartments when they are vacated. Maintain hallways, laundry room.

Maintains grounds by evaluating and maintaining plants, supplies, and equipment; monitoring external grounds and keeping them clean.

Duties:

Clean vacant apartments including kitchen, appliances, bathrooms, woodwork, windows, floors, vacuum carpet.Occasionally help residents with chores they are unable to do.Keep grounds clean from debris each morning.Make sure plants and bushes are maintained and watered.May include painting in some instances.Help with removal of snow.Clean hallways, sweep, mop and vacuum.Check pool for correct levels.
