Manager, Building Maintenance Department
We?re looking for the next great manager of our Building Maintenance Department. You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in all aspects of commercial building maintenance including construction & repair, painting, lighting repair, light electrical, plumbing, roof repair, light HVAC, pressure washing, etc.
Duties include:Manage a team of field techniciansSchedule work to be completedWork with customers to understand their maintenance needsSurvey and bid new workInspect completed workPartner with janitorial management team to develop business with janitorial customers
An outstanding candidate will be able to:Build customer relationshipsHave strong communications skillsSuccessfully lead a teamBe capable of scheduling a dynamic body of work for multiple techniciansProfitably bid project workBuild strong relationships across our entire organizationHave tools and a vehicle
