Master Craft Lead Person

Building Technology Engineers has an immediate opening for a Master Crafts Lead Person in Westborough, MA, who will be responsible for all maintenance functions in a commercial office-building environment. 


 


Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:


- Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting


- Answer tenant requests and work orders


- Supervise staff


- Maintain records and data


- Obtain scheduling and pricing for repairs as needed


- Prepare budges


 


Qualified candidates will have 10+ years of experience.  Massachusetts Refrigeration Operation License and the Universal CFC are required.  Must have excellent HVAC repair and troubleshooting skills.  Experience with rooftop units, VAV systems, and DX systems required.  Must also have experience with central plant chillers, emergency power systems, energy management, package units, pneumatic controls, water treatment, and fire life safety.  Excellent computer and communication skills are required.
