EMCOR Facility Services has openings for a Mobile Maintenance Technician in the Ft Lauderdale and West Palm Beach area, who will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the efficient operation of all building systems and informing the Regional Manager of any condition affecting building services and tenant comfort or safety. Multiple routes are available in multiple locations.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

-Receiving and completing service requests and inspections for assigned locations

-Scheduling preventive maintenance with minimum disruption of building services

-Maintenance & repair of building equipment and systems

Must have 3-6 years of experience in a related industry or field. Must have Universal CFC & must be able to pass a state motor vehicle records check. Must have experience in HVAC and electrical, plumbing, carpentry, & general maintenance skills. Must have excellent customer service skills. Vehicles and tools will be provided by the Company.
