Mobile Operations Mananger

EMCOR Facilities Services has 3 immediate opening forMobile Operations Managers,  who will supervise Lead Mobile Route Technicians and Mobile Route Technicians. They will provide solutions between clients and the team to support facilities departments within real estate.


Essential duties include but are not limited to the following:


  -Provides leadership and motivation for all employees by communicating core beliefs and values to create a positive work environment through fairness and equality.


  -Ensures all Mobile Route Technicians are properly equipped with the necessary uniforms, equipment and tools that may be required to perform their work.


  -Establishes goals and performance criteria and measurement processes to proactively manage employees. Coordinates implementation of annual performance objectives. Assists in developing a reporting format (i.e. spreadsheet) to track completion of these objectives.


  -Organizes and manages all administrative functions related to the Mobile Route Technicians, including budgeting and financial control, compliance with all local codes, team training, and productivity measurement.


  -Assists in developing and implementing an effective preventive maintenance program. Schedules maintenance activities including work requests and other preventive related tasks. Works closely with client(s) to ensure that the effects on operations are recognized, well planned and coordinated in a quality manner.


  -Required to maintain OSHA-30 certification within 60 days of hire. Performs site safety audits through the EFS workplace hazard assessment audit tool, identifies items of non-compliance, develops action plan and institutes the proper corrective action to eliminate non-compliance.


Qualified candidates will have supervisory experience in a fast paced environment. Associates degree in Business Administration or Facilities/Project Management with 2 years of related experience required. Background in the retail food industry is desired. Must have experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, and Explorer.
