We are currently seeking a Mobile/Static Technician who will oversee building operations and manage the building at our client's facility in Little Rock, AR.

Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repairs to HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
Assist operations team in both maintenance and repair of building and equipment
Oversee operation and maintenance of all equipment and systems installed in assigned facilities
Maintain HVAC, electrical, fire life safety, and automation systems
Oversee operation of generators, UPS equipment, and PDU's, including switchgear and ATS operation, both manually and automatic sequences

Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
1+ years experience of building operations
Possess electrical and mechanical skills
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and using ladders up to 25'
Possess a valid motor vehicle driver's license
