This position will be responsible for all aspects of maintenance and repairs for a large office facility in Huntsville, Al.  Responsible for performing preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, minor carpentry, painting, minor electrical work, carpet repair, employee moves, plumbing and other facilities related activities.  Candidate must have have the ability to obtain a secret security clearance within six months of hire date; must be customer oriented: must possess a valid drivers license; must have computer skills and  be self motivated.

Under general supervision, performs general maintenance duties or minor technical task. required to maintain structures and grounds common to operations & maintenance.
