We are currently seeking an Operations Administrator to join our Accounts Management Group located in San Francisco, CA.

OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR - San Francisco, CA

Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day vendor activity
General maintenance activities
Process help desk requests
Provide building parking information to employees
Liaise with procurement for ordering supplies, contract agreements, and invoice validation
Coordinate and schedule resources required for office moves
Coordinate scheduling landlord activities, such as, window washing, Landlord PM's, engineering access, refrigerator cleaning, etc.
Follow-up on purchase order and payment requests

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a business or service related discipline or equivalent relevant work experience
Minimum of 2 years related work experience in a corporate environment or service related industry
Demonstrated ability to provide support services in a fast paced, demanding environment while maintaining /enhancing quality performance levels
Strong client service orientation and relationship skills
Vendor management and negotiation experience helpful
Proven problem analysis and solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Project management skills
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Computer proficiency in Windows based applications
