PLANNER, MECHANICAL

Job Responsibilities: Provides planning and scheduling for the plumbing, HVAC and Facilities
Mechanical Technician crafts to increase workforce efficiency. Manages and
measures themaintenance workflow process using the CMMS tool, Maximo. Develops
complete job plans for all non emergency work orders, Predictive and Preventive
Maintenance including all labor, safety, permitting and material requirements,
working closely with content and technical experts. Works with craft
supervision to managework order backlog and to improve the quality and accuracy
of job plans and Preventive Maintenance Programs. Reviews all work orders
within area of responsibility to ensure accuracy and completeness of
information. Meets with customers to negotiate and establish realistic
timelines and ensures the delivery of communicated schedules. Coordinates
contractor work associated with planned jobs. Provides reports and metrics for
craft efficiencies and trending.

Job Requirements/Education:

Successful candidate will possess an Associates Degree or equivalent
experiencein HVAC discipline, Bachelors Degree preferred. Candidate must have a
strong knowledge in HVAC and mechanical systems. Experience in a cGMP or other
regulated environment is preferred. Candidate must have an understanding of
Computerized Maintenance Management Systems CMMS, preferably Maximo. Strong
knowledge ofpreventive and predictive maintenance processes. Candidate must
possess demonstrated ability to interact with crafts and site customers. The
ability to successfully collaborate with diverse backgrounds and interpersonal
styles is required. Positive attitude which is demonstrated by a can do
approach to issues is required.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
