Advanced Chemical Company is a leader in the manufacture of plating chemicals and in the refining of precious metals. We currently have an opening for a plant maintenance worker to assist with projects and tasks at our two facilities.
Position Details:
? Full Time (40 hours per week, Monday - Friday).
? Immediate eligibility for health benefits and 401k-retirement plan.
Position Tasks:
General plant maintenance (corrective and preventive tasks) including equipment repair, electrical work, plumbing work, etc. Building and grounds maintenance. Some lifting of materials and objects (up to 50 lbs). Forklift driving.
Required Education, Skills and Experience:
Education: High School or GED.
?Mechanical and technical skills:
o Candidate must have experience with repair of electric motors and pumps.
o Experience in light electrical work is also essential in order to perform electric motor and pump installations.Able to work independently.
? Professional work ethic (punctual, courteous to fellow workers and committed to success).
