Plumber
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: Reports directly to Location Maintenance Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide plumbing skills necessary for maintaining facilities.
2. Accountable for materials used and ordering of items needed for job completion or inventory replacement per established Company procedure.
3. Ability to read and work from blueprints.
4. Does non-plumbing related repair and maintenance as necessary.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
1. Journeyman ability in the plumbing trade - valid license and/or proof of experience.
2. Install, maintain and repair water lines, steam lines, drainage lines, steam condensate return lines, steam traps, pressure regulators, recirculating pumps, condensate pumps, sewer lines, plumbing rough-in and sets plumbing fixtures.
3. Able to do soldering, acetylene welding and arc welding.
4. Knowledge of plumbing codes and standards.
5. Skilled in use of tools common to the trade.
6. This position will require the use of respiratory protection. OSHA standards require a clean-shaven face and a medical screening.
7. Comply with all current related safety and health requirements.
8. Able to read, understand and comply with all current Company policies and procedures.
9. Must possess physical stamina and condition to withstand heavy labor related work in an outside environment.
10. Must be capable of lifting objects weighing up to 70 pounds.
11. Must possess a valid driver's license.
