Kauffman Tire has just completed the most successful year ever in our 70 year history! Our growth has created a need for a PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN. This newly created position will report to the Facilities Maintenance Manager.
Duty Highlights:
? Responsible for the preventive care of all Atlanta retail shop equipment, lighting, minor facility repairs, painting and general up-keep of retail and warehouse facilities.
Requirement Highlights:
? General mechanical ability & construction and/or maintenance experience in a facilities role
? General knowledge of standard hand tools and some power tools
? Knowledge of the safe use & storage of tools and equipment
* Electrical experience & education in mechanical, electrical, automotive, HVAC & facilities maintenance would be helpful - but is not required!
