Project Manager-Steel

Management Recruiter's of Eagan is recruiting for an experienced Project Manager with Structural Steel experience.

Our client furnishes fabricated structural steel for all types of building projects.

Position responsibilities:

Compile project estimates for the supply of structural and fabricated steel on a variety of projects including; commercial, industrial, institutional and governmental.

Estimates must include all material, engineering and detailing labor, shop labor, buyouts and outside services, freight and any other direct cost.

Project Management duties:

Organize, schedule and administer contract fabrication through continuous, effective communication with customers and production personnel.

Qualified candidate will have the ability to read and interpret structural and architectural design drawings.

Ability to manage multiple projects.

Ability to produce organized systematic and thorough estimates.

Good knowledge of general construction practices as well as shop fabrication processes and methods.
