Project Superintendent

My client is seeking multiple Superintendents for their high-end finishes (construction) department.

 

Requirements:
8-10+ yrs. field experience as a Superintendent in large high-end multi-component projects
B.S.E. Construction Management
Ability to multi-task and manage within deadlines
Strong client relations and communication skills
Organized and reliable

 

Responsibilities:
Managing, overseeing subcontractors and other field personal
Ensuring project flow with subcontractors and vendors
Ensuring deadlines are met and product is delivered on time
Involved in business relationships with vendors, subcontractors and occupants
Must have strong leadership skills
Must be able to work efficiently as a team and on your own as well
