Responsibilities will include property oversight for a 130,000 ft? class ?A? office building located in Coral Gables. Responsibilities will include maintaining building systems by contracting for maintenance services, enforcing occupancy policies and procedures, maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, maintaining and securing premises; all while ensuring superior customer service and customer satisfaction.

Three (3) plus years of hands-on property management experience is required. Position requires a high level of customer service skills. Computer proficiency using MS Office is also required. Associates' or Bachelor's degree in related field highly desired.
