We are currently seeking a Site Services Coordinator to join our team located in Reston, VA.

SITE SERVICES COORDINATOR - Reston, VA

Responsibilities:
Directly oversee the day-to-day operation of "Flexible" environments and serve as the primary facilities contact by reporting issues to the proper organization
Assist vendors with necessary information and communicate operational issues to user groups
Facilitate as point of contact between customers, management, vendors, and building management
Monitor and assist in supply management of office, shipping, and equipment supplies where applicable
Conduct regular inspections of entire suite, and submits appropriate work requests
Serve as system admin/trainer for the local reservation system
Provide phone administration and reception where applicable
Coordinate repairs and service
Responsible for the general condition and appearance of the entire suite or building
Assign individual and group storage areas
Manage building access cards
Provides administrative support including typing letters & memos that pertain to office operations or facilities
Arrange conference rooms to accommodate special events
Perform other job related duties as assigned
Participate in special projects as assigned

Requirements:
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
Minimum of six months to one year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
