SUPERVISOR - FACILITIES AND BUILDING SERVICES (JOB # 13694)
Salt Lake City, UT

Supervise operational maintenance building functions in the following role:
Supervise, coordinate and oversee operational and maintenance building functions to assure optimum performance of equipment and conditions of facilities
Plan, develop and direct the activities involved in providing building and equipment repair and maintenance
Plan, develop and direct the coordination of departmental moves

Combine your facilities management experience with the following skills:
High School graduate or GED required
Minimum of 4 years facilities management or related experience; One year of which was in a supervisory or lead capacity
Knowledge of building and security systems
Knowledge of fire & building codes and OSHA regulations for an office environment
Knowledge of hazardous chemical procedures
Must be able to read and understand blueprints
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Ability to work well with all levels within the company and with vendors in a cooperative and productive manner
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to plan and organize work in order to accomplish tasks in a timely fashion
Available for 24-hour emergency call
A valid driver's license
Ability to utilize a personal computer and general-purpose software
Knowledge of CPR preferred
