Sanis Service Sales Representative

Cintas is currently looking for a Sanis Sales Service Representative/Route Driver to provide a thorough cleaning/sanitizing service for customer restrooms. Selected individual will provide excellent customer service to a set customer base on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis by cleaning and sanitizing all ceramic and tiled restroom surfaces using customized cleaning equipment. Sanis Sales Service Representatives/Route Drivers are also responsible to grow their routes by selling additional products to current customer accounts, including: soaps, air fresheners, toilet tissue, and paper towels. Additional duties of the Sanis Sales Service Representative/Route Driver include ensuring customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and requests and pro-active problem solving. They are also responsible to clean and maintain the sanitizing equipment and interior of their vehicle. All Sanis Sales Service Representatives/Route Drivers are empowered immediately with training and decision making authority.

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week on a variable shift (e.g., 7 am-3pm 11 am-7pm)

Hourly rate is commensurate with background, qualifications and experience.



A valid driver's license and a safe driving record (please note that candidates who receive an offer of employment will be subject to a MVR check)
The ability to do repeated bending, stretching and pushing a minimum of 90 lbs. on wheels
Excellent interpersonal skills

Strong motivation to succeed
Previous customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry, a plus
Previous experience working in a sales-related role, a plus
A high school diploma, a plus
Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted, a plus
