We manage our services through account teams located in three US locations.  Our account teams are dedicated to specific clients and they select and manage certified vendors to deliver quality services at our client locations.

 

We have an excellent reputation in our industry and we are growing very rapidly.  As a result, we have a number of Senior Customer Service Representative opportunities available in our Norristown, PA office.  These positions coordinate vendor services and respond to customer service requests over the telephone and ensure that services provided meet client and company business requirements.  They are busy jobs that are the key to US Maintenance?s success. 

 

We are looking for candidates who like to take on significant responsibility for customer satisfaction and business growth.  The positions require: successful customer service experience, excellent communications, PC (excel), and organization skills.  Hospitality, restaurant, or service industry experience is a plus.
