Senior Maintenance Technician

The Chippewa Club, Ann Arbor's premier tennis, swim and fitness facility, has an exciting opportunity available for a Sr. Maintenance  Supervisor to join our team.

 

As a Senior Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the efforts of the Chippewa Club in the areas of building maintenance and grounds. This is a working supervisor position with responsibility for maintenance and grounds as well as supervising and coordinating activities of workers and contractors/vendors engaged in maintaining and repairing physical structures of buildings and grounds at the Chippewa Club.  The successful candidate will possess seven (7) years related experience and/or training, or fifth year college or university program certificate, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  Also required is certification/licensure in HVAC or Universal EPA; with a certification in refrigeration, electrical, plumbing also preferred.  This position will not have on-call responsibilities.
