Shop Janitor

Kirby-Smith Machinery, Inc. in Oklahoma City is seeking a full time shop janitor for the Oklahoma City facility. This full time position is responsible for the daily cleaning of the shop and areas immediately in front and back of the shop bays. This includes sweeping, picking up trash, emptying shop trash barrels and other janitorial duties as assigned. We require a valid driver's license along with previous janitorial experience. The person must be physically capable of walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, standing, climbing (step ladders) and generally performing manual labor throughout the day. The person must be able to speak and read English in order to follow instructions and complete checklists and be able to perform basic math in order to account for cleaning supplies and order cleaning supplies and equipment. We also require the ability to perform efficiently without close supervision.
