Key Responsibilities: Performs the most complex and technically demanding work within technical or paraprofessional area. Preempts potential problems and provides effective solutions in reaction to application of concepts, techniques, knowledge, or processes. Independently seeks solutions complex and unusual problems before contacting others.

Installs and responds to service calls on integrated Security systems. Ensures security installations are completed correctly and in a timely manner. Provides technical support to sales and customers as needed.

Troubleshoots system operation while ensuring a timely delivery. Assesses and reacts to new developments or unexpected problems in the field with as little production loss as possible. Accurately analyzes problems or anticipates problem areas. Maintains flow of field documentation to include change orders, head-end configuration, system drawings and diagrams, shop drawings, and as-built information

Education: Typically an Associate?s degree or 1-2 years of vocational technical training preferred. HS diploma or equivalent required. Specialized skill training/certification may be required.

Knowledge and Experience: Successfully demonstrates leading-edge or extensive knowledge in a technical or specialty area. Generally, 8+ years of successful experience in area of responsibility and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.

Direction of Others: May provide expert advice, training, and technical assistance to support staff and train lower level employees.

Key Working Relationships: Represents the organization as a prime internal contact and possibly a key external contact.
