This is a 742 unit high-rise residential building with 26 commercial spaces seeking someone to fill our Chief Engineer position. This is a live-on-site position responsible for the building's mechanical systems, janitorial staff of 13 employees, maintenance staff of 4, and 2 Assistant Engineers.
