Immediate need for a Business Process Re-engineering Manager to fill a vacancy on the Eagle Alliance Continual Improvement Team.

Principal Duties and Essential Job Functions:
Manages and directs strategic process improvements and control initiatives for small to medium sized business re-engineering projects. Essential Functions: 1. Manages and directs strategic process improvements and control initiatives for small to medium sized business re-engineering projects to ensure that company goals are met in a timely and cost-effective manner. 2. Advises business groups or business process alternatives and provides strategic direction on initiative selection, integration, resources and prioritization. Ensures initiative alignment with business vision, strategy and deployment within company. 3. Manages quality aspects of small to medium sized projects from initiative conception through implementation to ensure consistency in implementation and smooth transition between phases. 4. Monitors the development and enhancement of measurement and analytical methodologies to ensure that appropriate parties are aware of improvements and/or changes. 5. Directs the survey and analysis of technique and process best practices. 6. Provides consulting services, facilitation and mentorship in the deployment of six sigma and other improvement methodologies to plan, execute and report on assigned process or service improvement projects. 7. Supports all aspects of the Delivery Assurance program, including but not limited to; quality management, risk management award fee issue management, project quality assurance, configuration management, and internal auditing as necessary.

Basic Qualifications:
1. Good knowledge of business process architecture, related processes and company products and services. 2. Good knowledge of Process Design, Requirements Measurement, and Project Management. 3. Good knowledge of re-engineering tools, methods, and techniques. 4. Good analytical and problem solving skills. 5. Good leadership skills to mentor and provide guidance to project team members and all levels of company management. 6. Good oral and written communication skills. 7. Good knowledge of six-sigma improvement techniques; (certifications preferred) 8. Good knowledge of ISO internal auditing; (certified auditor preferred) 9. Good knowledge of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices; (Foundations certificate preferred) . 10. Good interpersonal skills to communicate with clients and project teams. 11. Ability to lead and direct in a team environment. 12. Ability to handle multiple tasks and switch between tasks quickly. 13. Ability to create and maintain formal and informal networks. 14. Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, engineering, or equivalent. 15. Five or more years working in IT Services industry. Candidate will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information.
