VP/Sr. Relationship Manager

This position is responsible for the overall management of client relationships and the sales efforts within a designated territory and contributing to the achievement of identified sales goals for the Originations team.

Essential Job Functions
Contribute to the success of Our Client through the achievement of established production targets.
Create and execute prospecting strategies within assigned territory.
Participate in the design of regional business plans.
Monitor status of transactions in process to include commitment letters, loan/lease documents and closings.
Analyze transaction structures and economics and structure complex capital solutions.
Coordinate information needs between internal groups (Credit, Closing, Legal, and Investment Committee) and clients or prospective clients.
Present proposed transactions to Credit and Investment Committee.
Facilitate in-person meetings with clients and prospective clients.
Use in-depth knowledge of client products and relationships, as well as third party products to identify needs, outline benefits and present sales solutions to clients.
Identify and refer business opportunities to Investment Banking.
Partner with Investment Banking as needed to close deals.
Manage and develop production relationships with clients and prospective clients.
Provide guidance and supervision to Relationship Manager.
Act as leader within the company to build and develop talent.
Perform other duties as assigned.
