Example of Duties and Responsibilities:

Typical tasks and assignments may include, but are not limited to the following:Maintain a minimum of 99.1% or above accuracy Maintain a minimum of 100% or above production efficiency Have no more than 12% of non-processing time

QUALIFICATIONS GUIDELINES

The qualifications required to perform the duties and responsibilities of this classification are typically attained as follows:

Experience:A minimum of 10,000 Keystrokes per hour High School diploma or GED

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Ability to work overtime as needed General knowledge of computers and computer systems Ability to learn and retain insurance knowledge Ability to communicate and work cooperatively with others Understand and demonstrate commitment to department goals and objectives
