BPO Off-Shore Sales Professionals

Opportunity:

Profitable, rapidly growing Business Process Outsourcing  company is strategically expanding their services offering and are aggressively seeking several seasoned ?rainmakers? or ?at least a shower? to join the organization (location is not an issue).  These high-end individual contributors will report directly to the CEO of the company and will: initiate new relationships through networking and strategic sales techniques, sell and close new business through assertive yet tactical solution-oriented salesmanship, maintain and grow generated base revenues, and manage customer relationships.  Individuals will be highly compensated including an aggressive base salary and a lucrative commission plan with no cap.  This organization has grown rapidly over the last few years with definitive plans to grow bigger in the next three years so internal upward mobility is an absolute possibility for those that desire that career path.  Individuals can work from home offices.  Individuals will travel as needed.

 

 

Qualifications:

College degree or equivalent experience.

MINIMUM of 2+ years BPO sales experience .

MINIMUM of 2+ years in off-shore experience.

Highly skilled at initiating new relationships.

Highly skilled at leveraging existing relationships.

Highly skilled at maintaining and growing existing relationships.

Highly polished business developer and strategic sales professional.

Visibility and proven track record in this space.

Proven track record.

Annual financial expectations of 200K - 500K+

Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.

Successful sales experience is a given.
