Account Manager

Job Description:

Contacts, qualifies, and closes prospective customers. Must possess strong relationship skills.Demonstrated field sales experience selling large dollar products and/or services. Persistence to build a pipeline of opportunities and follow them through the sales cycle to achieve results.

Generates sales quotations, handles customer inquiries and establishes client contracts. Ensures that organizational goods or services consistently meet client needs. Experience using technology to meet customer needs. Understands the unique business challenges of the Education industry and is able to recommend technology solutions to solve those challenges. Experience with commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the education market is a plus. Perform product demonstrations at prospect locations and participate in trade shows. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.


Requirements:
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills required.
Flexible, energetic, self-starter
Detail-oriented
Willingness to travel (25%-50%+)
At least 5-8 years of related work experience


Education:Bachelors degree
