This position will be a key member of a team responsible for the development, delivery and distribution of software applications via Altiris Deployment Solution for a major enterprise client. 

You will provide our clients and business partners with end-to-end service by implementing a electronic software distribution solution on Altiris servers.  You will maintain first level service support for the Altiris systems and solution, and you will provide advice and input on regional and global solutions.  You will be required to participate in monitoring, meeting and reporting on Service Level Agreements. You will be active in the end-of-month Altiris licensing reconciliation process for the systems supported across every region.


Post-secondary education in Information System or related field of studies. Professional Certifications a plus. Must have previous multi-platform knowledge and support in LAN/WAN, and Windows O/S.  Must have previous application and tools support experience with Altiris suite of products especially Altiris Deployment Solution, and Altiris Deployment and Notification Servers, Client Management, Asset Management, and Server Management.Previous database management experience with SQL helpful but not required.
