Background Requirements:Microsoft Certified Professional designation or MCSEMicrosoft SQL Server skillsExposure - coding in Visual Basic, HTML, Java and ASP.NETDesktop hardware and software experience including SCSI interfaces and scanning technologiesPrior experience with enterprise imaging or content management software is beneficial
Capabilities:
? Install, configure, and provide support of solutions MTM offers to help organizations efficiently capture, store, retrieve, share and manage documents and information
? Test and train code for custom interfaces and API integration between solutions, many of these products being 3rd party in nature that are core line of business applications for customers
? Create and customize workflow applications for customers.
? Effectively communicate with customers while deploying solutions and resolving software and hardware issues
? Ability to clearly document customer install configurations and installation procedures
? Strong interpersonal, training and customer relationship skills
? Staying current on Operating systems, networking technologies, and hardware advancements
? Advanced troubleshooting skills
Responsibilities:
? Test, implement, and support programming code allowing integration between MTM provided solutions and 3rd party solutions at customer sites
? Install, configure, integrate and provide ongoing support for solutions MTM offers (both onsite and remotely? approximately 20% overnight travel)
? Develop skill set necessary to install, configure, and support OnBase (core products), OnBase Workflow, Kofax Ascent Capture, Verity, SWT, Captovation, Digitech and related solutions offerings
? Provide training to customers on above noted solutions as required by customer?s project plan and accepted project scope
? Assist Solutions Consultants with pre-sales efforts to help define appropriate solution
? Provide timely and accurate reporting of activities and progress per company policy and procedure
Job Performance:Efficiently and effectively deploy solutions per objectives and milestonesProactively evolve skill set for industry solutions and supported applications Work closely with customers and appropriate MTM resources to identify and communicate project scope deviation? work with same to evolve specific fulfillment planMeet or exceed project reporting requirements per policy & procedure
