Under close supervision, serves as a central point of contact for defined customer base to address problems or requests for information on customer automation systems. Partners with Service Specialists, Software Technicians and other technology teams to analyze business needs, implement customer solutions and provide technical product support. Measures and analzes problem trends and validates need for process changes to maintain optimum customer support and satisfaction.

Preferred skills include: Expertise in general business applications and services (ERP, web hosting, order managment, TMS/WMS), understanding of technology and applications commonly used to support and integrate with business processes & applications, strong database integration tools experience, proficiency in Visual Basic or .Net programming skills, familiar with various operating systems, and have solid understanding of logical data flow and programming including ODBC, screen mapping, text file import/exporting, strong consultative, project management and listening skills and excellent time and territory management skills.

Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. Typically has 0-2 years equivalent work experience in Computer Support/IT environment.
