Associate Services Analyst RQA280

Gates Corporation, a global manufacturing company located in downtown Denver, seeks an Associate Services Analyst for the Security Team in the IT Department. Must be proficient on all Office 2003 products, including Outlook and must know the way around Windows XP OS. Organized, with great communication, customer service and time management skills. Must be able to follow detailed security processes for multiple kinds of provisioning and de-provisioning of users.

 

?    Associate is responsible for ensuring the timely process through which security incidents are controlled via phone, e-mail or walk up.

? Requires experience and understanding of IS Security environments and audit requirements.

? Must be able to resolve less complex security problems immediately.

? May have to provide guidance/training for less experienced users and personnel.

? Associate will work closely with the Security Team Lead to assist with user provisioning, password resets and de-provisioning responsibilities.

 

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

BS/BA or equivalent (8 years of experience)

 

Preferred Type of Education and Experience:

Formal Managing Active Directory training a must; SMS a plus; A+ certification or Desktop, Printer and Laptop hardware experience; remote access; VPN; problem ticket systems; Network concepts; remote tools.
