Technisource, Inc. is a nationally-recognized provider of IT consulting services and solutions. We are seeking a driven and dedicated individual to provide customer service and support for the Frisco, Texas branch as a bilingual help desk agent.
The shift for this position is
Tuesday ? SaturdayFriday 11:00am ? 8:00pm CST.
Saturday 7:00am - 4:00pm CST
Candidates must speak and write impeccable English as well as have the ability to understand and speak Spanish fluently. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required. Must have experience trouble shooting Windows XP, Internet Connectivity, and be a dependable team player.
