Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary As a Business Systems Analyst, you will serve as a primary contact for customers looking to enhance current systems or build new systems.? Once project specs, timeframes, and cost projections have been identified, you will then work with the Web Development Team to coordinate development progress.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manages Client Relationships.? This would include handling Customer relations and interactions, obtaining ?project requirements, and informing customers of current project status.
Project Management.? This would include developing use cases, maintaining project write-ups, estimating new project costs and development time, developing graphic and QA needs, being a liaison between the client and the Web Development Team.

Job Specifications

Education and/or relevant work experience:?
3-5 years in project planning IT systems upgrades.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:?
The ability to understand business requests and translate them into technical requirements.
The ability to communicate on a business level as well as on a technical level.
The ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize projects, and communicate status.
