 We are looking for configurators and ?doers?, not pure project leads.  Configuration means using non-programmatic tools, rather than developers.  However, the more technical the better) Required Skills:Microsoft CRM 3.0 - very different than version 1.1Need to understand the modules and make recommendations on best practices and suggestions to sales teams that have not used the productBusiness Analysis - must have strong professional and communication skills.  5 years of experience in addition to strong CRM experience - ideally multiple tools - must have Microsoft CRM 3.0
