Certification Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

?  Certify new merchants and/or VAR Partners on UTF, ISO, VISA K, Orbital Solutions.

?  Understand and employ these messages in conjunction with Dial, IP and NetConnect Protocols.

?  Participate on customer calls.

?  Support Corporate Alliances and Sales initiatives.

?  Read a spec and explain it To the VAR partner.

?  Work with developers, customers and PTI sales reps.

?  Work with Host Product and POS product on new solutions and specs.

?  Certify POS solutions in a Class B format.

?  Work with operations on escalations.

 

Job Requirements:

?  3-5 yrs specific certification experience.

?  College degree preferred. Flexible, positive attitude, excellent written and oral communication skills.

?  The ability to multi-task and maintain a high-level of detail.

?  Technical Host and Protocal experience is required.
