Client Administrator

This position requires strong customer service skills working in a fast-paced, team-based environment supporting a diverse group of clients including Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows NT, and Windows 9x systems. This position requires good operating system, software and hardware knowledge as well as application support and troubleshooting skills. Duties will include new system builds, upgrades, employee training, application installations, troubleshooting systems and applications, assisting with administration of corporate services. Experience with Linux/UNIX is also a plus. Limited travel for training and remote office assistance no more than 3-4 weeks a year.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

Applicants should have three to five years of related experience and education. Administrative and support knowledge of Windows XP, 2000, NT and 9x platforms is required as well as an understanding of PC hardware, installation and configuration of peripherals. Skilled software support to include installation and troubleshooting of a wide array of software packages. Knowledge of operating system installations, system cloning, virus software, client email software, and documentation skills are a plus. MCP, MCSA, MCSE and A+ certifications are also a plus.
