Position: Client Service Analyst  

 

 

Position Summary: Our client, a local healthcare software company is looking for a Client Service Analyst to join their team.  This person is responsible for providing premier customer service to clients that need IT assistance with our client?s product. This person would provide basic Tier I support, and escalate any inquires that require special attention due to coding or complex problems to Tier II support team. 

 

Responsibilities:

 Receive and resolve client requests Refer appropriate issues to programming and/or other staff and maintain communications with clients on referred issues through resolutionLook for ways to improve client service qualityTest clinical, financial and data warehouse applications and document the problems encounteredAnalyze and evaluate incident reports and make recommendations to reduce help line incident rateCreate and revise client service documentation

 

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 Bachelors degree or equivalent experience2 years of client or customer service experienceExcellent written and communication skillsMedical/insurance claims processing experience a plusProblem solving skillsAbility to learn complex software systems
