* cleaning & regular preventative maintenance of PC's
* hardware, software and network fault locating and resolution
* hardware component upgrades and replacements
* network design, installation and troubleshooting
* software troubleshooting Win 9x/ME and NT/2000/XP
* software installation and upgrades
* training on applications software
* on-site help for small to medium businesses
* data backup and recovery
* virus removal and repair
* specialized services like Internet setup, email or site design
* computer setup and installations
