Role

 

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-intensity, recruiting environment.  As ECI?s IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving ECI's success by sourcing, identifying, interviewing and facilitating the hiring of technical employees on a national level.  The ideal candidate will have solid experience recruiting technical professionals, including, but not limited to, Helpdesk Analysts, Desktop Support Analysts and Network Engineers.

 

Responsibilities

 

Works with hiring manager and HR manager to develop job descriptions

Posts hiring requirement internally and externally

Source, Receive, Review, Screen Resumes

Narrow candidates to short list candidates

Enter Positions into Salesforce.com

Enters Candidates into Salesforce.com and Updates them as necessary

Phone Screen Candidates (rate range)

Schedule interviews with Hiring Manager and other Staff

Send and manage resume and cover sheets for each interviewee/ECI staff

Closing, Negotiating Salary/Rate or Rejecting Candidate

Conduct Application Process and Background Screening of Candidate

Notify HR of Screening Results

Work w/ HR Coordinator to send Offer Letter and Welcome Package once approved by GM and Hiring Manager

Assists in administration of job boards (communications, pricing)

Sells candidates on ECI

Enters New Hire Information into Applicable Database (TBD - ie tracker)

Schedules Start Date/Orientation

Participates in recruitment effort of employees (attends job fairs, keeps HR informed of what is going on in recruiting world)

Assists HR and HR Coordinator in recruitment of COOPS

Knowledge of Benefits Packages

 

Education

Bachelors or equivalent (4+ years) experience

 

Knowledge

Salary Ranges for Applicable Positions (will work w/ HR to establish)

New hire paperwork and the importance of each document

Knowledge of applicable technical standards and how to communicate them internally and externally

Knowledge of HR laws (what to say and not to say - legally)

 

Experience

 

Administering Background Checks / Employment Applications

Phone Screening Technical (and general) Candidates

Searching for candidates relative to technical positions as well as general positions

Selling a potential candidate and closing him/her on a Company

Experience recruiting technical staff

Experience with Financial Institution / Recruiting

Agency or Corporate Recruiting Preferred

Recruiting / HRIS Certifications a plus

AIRS Certifications (recruiting cert) a plus
