Customer Care Associate

Omeda Communications, established in 1980, is the industry leader in fulfillment and database management for business-to-business trade publications and business marketers.  Located in Northbrook, Illinois, Omeda has over 120 employees and maintains over 160 custom databases covering over 53 markets.

 

We currently have employment opportunities in our AutoLoyal division.  AutoLoyal specializes in customer-relationship management (CRM) for the automotive aftermarket industry.  We enable automotive service centers to develop targeted and customized marketing solutions, geared towards retaining existing customers and reactivating those from the past.  Our sophisticated database tracks information and then triggers notification via mail, or phone to ensure that customers receive accurate and consistent service reminders.

 

AutoLoyal is looking for candidates for the position of Customer Care Associate.  Job responsibilities will include; supporting the direct mail processes for AutoLoyal customers, communicating with warehouse sales staff via phone and email to ensure accurate information, and servicing existing or prospective AutoLoyal customers. 

 

The successful applicant will have strong communication skills and the ability to speak clearly by telephone and in English.  They will also have strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, ability to work with an automated CRM system, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.
