Customer Service Analyst
Renal Research Institute, a division of Fresenius Medical Care, currently has an opportunity available for a Customer Service Analyst.
This position is responsible for installing, upgrading and troubleshooting hardware/software applications and operations systems; provides technical support to end users and develops and documents operational standards and procedures.
Education and work Experience:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science. Candidates must have working knowledge of software and hardware in the following areas:Microsoft Operating Systems, basic Windows 2003 server administration, utility programs, programming language and SCO UNIX of advantage, installing, upgrading and troubleshooting PC's, printers and network equipment.
Candidates must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, willing to travel, ability to problem solve using critical thinking and must display courtesy, tact and patience during interactions with all staff members.
