Data Support Analyst
Contact Management and Data Support Analyst
Looking for job seeker with energy and attention to detail to be part of a contact management staff who?s primary function is to continually improve dialer technology operations and lead management. Work hands on implementing, modifying and assisting in the maintenance of a Contact Management System (CMS) tool. Analyze dialer and network operation reports.
Maintain complete knowledge, proficiency and understanding of all Contact Management Systems utilized by corporate telesales. Perform dialer scripting utilizing object oriented programming. Must have the ability to act independently and use infrastructure to provide optimal solutions.
Process lead uploads, monitor sales and ensure proper and accurate upload into CRS system. Ensure data integrity throughout the sales process. Support corporate telesales site and special projects. This position will assist preparing corporate telesales rooms for new CRM technologies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Self motivated individual who works well on their own
CMS experience required.
Experience Scripting, SQL, SQL Server, Enterprise Manager or Access knowledge
Excel knowledge is a benefit
DTS package, or Telecom experience a strong benefit
