We are a leading provider of integrated benefits consulting and brokerage, benefits administration and payroll processing, searching for a Desktop Administrator in the Baltimore, Maryland area.

 

Job Summary:

Primary responsibilities include day to day technology support for office staff while working with corprate technology team ensuring that all standards and group practices are met.

 

Responsibilities:Application support for desktop/laptop applicationsProvide 1st level support for VoIP telephony Maintain inventory of loaner laptops, projectors, and printer cartridges.

 

Qualifications:Must be willing to work extended overtime when needed during upgrades & outages. Will be ?on-call? during normal national business hours.Able to work 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. as normal hours

 

Education & Experience:Degree in related field or equivalent work experienceTechnical Certifications a plusMicrosoft certification or in progress needed.At least 3 years in desktop support environment.In-depth Windows desktop support knowledge including Windows 2000, Window XP.Hands on experience with both laptops and desktops.2+ years working with MS Office applications.Support of VoIP telelphony is a plus.
