Our client is a large company located on the west side of Pittsburgh. Due to the growth, they need to hire a contract to direct Desktop Support Computer Technician.

This person will support end-users of:

Windows 2000/XP

custom applications

Microsoft Office products

Candidates must have good communication skills to provide phone support for customers as well.

Areas of support responsibilities include the following:

Networking

remote access

Exchange Server

website

Office 2000/2003

This position requires a BS Degree in Computer Science or related field and one year related experience.
