Universal Computer Systems, Inc. is a stable, privately owned company in business since 1970 with 2600 employees worldwide. We specialize in the most innovative in-house IT solution available for large auto dealerships.

We need an individual with confidence, professionalism, and excellent communication and presentation skills to work with our clients. You will travel to client dealerships to consult with dealership personnel. After analyzing their current condition, you will suggest ways to increase profits and become more efficient. You will also be analyzing the system and providing feedback and solutions for ongoing and prospective business situations. These situations may or may not be directly related to the UCS system so you are in fact, both a system consultant and a business consultant in one. You will become a hero to these dealerships because of the service you provide!

 

Two territories available: 

Pomona/Ontario. The ideal candidate will live in Pomona/Ontario or east LA and expect 1-2 nights/month of travel. Territory includes north to Lancaster, south to Fullerton, east to Palm Springs, and west to Van Nuys/Culver City.

Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will live in the Los Angeles metro area and expect 1-2 nights/month of travel. Territory includes all of the Los Angeles metro area (westside, downtown, and East Los Angeles).


While attending our extensive training program in Houston,TX, your living expenses and salary are paid. 

Requirements:Bachelor's degree preferred Computer knowledge Prior customer service experience Professional appearance and demeanor
