Implementation and Support Specialist

Responsibilities include performing analysis, design, installation, upgrades and modification of FileNet software applications for our customers in the Southeast. Experience configuring and administering FileNet Image Services, FileNet Content Services, eProcess, Web Services, IDM Desktop, FileNet Capture and FileNet Report Manager. Experience with integration between FileNet and external applications desired including Oracle/SQL database knowledge. FileNet P8 experience a plus.

Opportunity for the candidate with prior FileNet Panagon experience to be trained on the new P8 platform.
