Product Specialist, Technical Solutions (Temporary) - Mountain View


This is a temporary role offered through WorkforceLogic.
Multiple positions based in Mountain View, CA.

Are you eager to make things work better and do something with impact? Google has an immediate need for driven, technically-savvy team players to cultivate internal Google products in our rapidly-developing Technical Solutions group.
You will be responsible for internal products throughout the execution cycle, including: gathering product requirements, defining product vision, creating preliminary design concepts, and working closely with engineering to implement and iterate.

Responsibilities:Work with Google's cutting-edge product teams to analyze business dynamics, define and create product support systems, and improve existing product support features.
Analyze data and recommend solutions that drive critical business initiatives.
Employ creative solutions to improve productivity, workflow, customer support, policy and procedures.
Support the launch of new Technical Solutions product features.
Collect and analyze data to support feature prioritization lists and product roadmaps.
Be the cross-functional champion of Google's operational needs.
Communicate effectively with engineering and other technical groups to enhance Google products.
Requirements:BA/BS in a technical or quantitative field.
Ideal candidates will have experience developing Internet products and technologies and a proven record of analytical problem-solving.
Product management experience and familiarity with business issues.
Self-directed, motivated, and a driven performer.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate technical issues/concepts clearly and effectively.
Demonstrated ability to develop fact-based understanding of problems and design, implement, and follow through on action plans.
Demonstrated experience solving problems quickly, inventively, and resourcefully.
Naturally inquisitive and self-sufficient research skills; excellent attention to detail.
Experience in programming, analytics, or technical support a plus.
